Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP and DNS.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
